Yenyao Hsieh is a corporate transactional attorney in the firm’s Automotive Group, which has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leader in the category Transportation: Road (Carriage/Commercial). She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial real estate transactions and assists clients in all aspects of dealership buy sell transactions and related real estate issues, including negotiating letters of intent, drafting purchase and sale agreements, preparing leases, subleases, assignment of leases, conducting due diligence on assets, real property and environmental concerns, preparing ancillary documents, and working with lenders, municipalities, escrow/title officers and other parties.
In addition, Yenyao works on corporate governance, formation and maintenance. She reviews dealership advertising material and contracts. She assists clients with loan transactions, including reviewing loan documents and satisfying lender requirements for financing of construction projects and asset or real property acquisitions. Yenyao also works on analysis of title, including the review of title reports, ALTA survey, underlying title documents such as CC&R’s, DDA’s, and easements.
Prior to joining Arent Fox, Yenyao was an associate at a boutique automotive law firm in Los Angeles. While in law school, Yenyao was an extern to Federal Magistrate Judge Marie-Elena James.
